Group Booking Reservation Policy

• Booking dates and time are subject to availability
• Bookings are for Brookvale restaurant, indoor & outdoor dining areas only
• Bookings will be considered tentative until this form is completed, and holding deposit paid
• All group bookings will be treated as a Private Function
• A holding deposit of $10 per person will required by credit card, upon completion of this form
• The holding deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee should your booking be cancelled with less than 48 hrs notice
• Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice will also be charged the full food component
• Set menu choices must be confirmed 48 hours prior to your reservation, if not already provided in the booking form
• Final numbers must be confirmed 48 hours prior to your reservation. That’s the number you will be charged for on the day. No less than 13 people currently accepted for group bookings at Brookvale.
• Charges apply for the full amount of the set menu based on final confirmed numbers
• Online, we accept VISA, Mastercard and AMEX. In-store, we only accept VISA and Mastercard (1.75% surcharge).
• A 15% surcharge applies on Public Holidays
• BYO (Bring your own) Alcohol is NOT permitted
• BYO (Bring your own) Cake is permitted, with a cakeage fee. Fees are below (set menu section)
• Set menu options (listed on this page) and prices subject to change. Additional fees may apply for exclusions to the set menu base offering
• All guests on the table must be on same set menu
• For the purpose of defining adults and kids, an adult is defined as age 11 or older
• Please note that even if we have gluten free options we can not guarantee an 100% gluten free product as the environment is highly contaminated with flour since we use it every day for our pizza and pasta made in-house.
• Gluten Free Base $5.5, or Vegan Cheese Instead $5.5 (We will remove regular cheese).

We are currently accepting group bookings of 13 or more, in the Brookvale restaurant indoor & outdoor areas. Set menu dining option only (sorry, no a la carte menu). Please get in touch in advance to discuss any special requirements.

• Set Menu can be customised with your preferences (pre-arrangement is necessary, please talk to us beforehand)
• Pizza choices are from the ‘Pizza Classiche‘ menu. You can choose from the ‘Pizza Deluxe‘ menu, for an additional fee p/p
• Drinks are not included
• BYO (Bring your own) Alcohol is NOT permitted
• BYO (Bring your own) Cake ‘cakeage fee’ is $3 per person
