Voucher Terms
- Vouchers are non-refundable
- Vouchers are valid for 4 months from the date of purchase
- For dine-in customers, please mention voucher at time of booking. Vouchers should be presented upon arrival to staff by smartphone (digital PDF showing Voucher ID) or printed copy.
- For take-away / delivery customers, please provide the Gift Voucher ID at the time of placing the order by phone. Not valid for internet orders – redemption can only be used through phone orders.
- Valid for restaurant dining, take-away & delivery. If you would like to convert this to online ordering credit, please fill the form below, after receiving your voucher by email, and we will create a one-time use coupon code for the voucher amount, and cancel the restaurant dining voucher. This is a manual process, please allow up to 3 working days to receive the converted online voucher code, and is NOT reversible once converted.
